Fishing

Fishing is a feature that allows players to catch carps while AFK. These carps may be used for various quests.

You may fish in the fountain in the center of the Aquarius square, or the waters at the right of the Pisces square. Some stages may also have bodies of water from which one may fish.

Fishing requires baits and fishing rods. Baits and low tier fishing rods may be purchased from the Merchandise store in the square (F6 → F2). Higher tiers of fishing rods may be obtained from Hemingway's quests.

To start fishing, right click your fishing rod when you are at a fishing site. Baits will be used in the order that they are in your inventory. You may adjust the number of baits used per fishing attempt, but there is no benefit to reducing it.

The fishing net shows your catches since the start of your fishing session. The fishing status board shows the recent catches of all players in the same map.

To stop fishing, click "Cancel Fishing Mode (F1)", or press F1. Fishing also automatically stops if you run out of bait, or if your inventory becomes full.

Uses of Carps

Carps caught may be used in various quests:

• Duran's daily quests, in which players may trade in 3 carps for a bead, which may be redeemed for various rewards,
• Hemingway's quests, in which players may trade in carps for various items,
• Guild Office Director Peyton's quests, in which members of a guild may trade in carps for Guild upkeep vouchers and Guild Point Vouchers.

Duran's Quests

Duran's quests to obtain a bead may only be done once per day, however, the beads may be redeemed without limitations. All beads are untradable.

The quests to redeem beads are only visible if you have at least 1 of the required bead in your inventory.

Peyton's Quests

Peyton's quests are only available to members of a guild. All quests will award one Guild Point Voucher worth 3 points, but the number of Guild upkeep voucher varies depending on the quest.
